About the role

On behalf of our client, a software company concentrated on improving software and innovating new products, we are currently looking for a Support engineer to join its software development team in Berlin, Germany.

 

Role Summary

 

You will contribute to solving real-world problems in collaboration with intelligent customers and colleagues. You must be understanding of user needs and focused in customer satisfaction.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Use of ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and manage clients requests
  • 1st and 2nd level support
  • Escalate clients requests
  • Evaluate new tools and use automatic error reporting frameworks

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Excellent command of English and German (written and verbal)
  • Attentive and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with customer support
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with the Windows architecture and Intel assembly code
