Nikolaos Kyriazidis, a headhunter in the UK since 2006, realises that the global recruitment industry is shifting from generalist job markets towards niche ones, to attract candidates with specialist technical skills and knowledge. Nikolaos is determined to collaborate with companies worldwide, enrich their personnel with talented IT professionals and help them write their own success stories. iTechScope, the first recruitment agency in Greece specialising in IT is born.
2013
A small step for us, a big step for our candidates.
Our first talents come onboard and we are beyond excited to introduce them to companies across Europe and the Middle East. A great driving force for the years to come is the moment when we become the exclusive recruitment partner of one of the most prestigious telecommunication companies in Europe.

Carole joins our business as a head of Coaching, to share her expertise and bring to life a unique new feature for iTechScope; we are excited to become one of the very few recruitment agencies in Europe with an in-house Coaching department.

We are beyond excited to introduce our new recruitment platform, a powerful tool able to find, analyse, and engage the right people in minimum time and with minimum effort. Our newest associate, Elena, empowers our team with her valuable corporate experience in project management and executive search.
