On behalf of our client, a leading global software solutions provider serving clients around the globe, we are currently looking for a Support Engineer to join its software development team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customers’ requests for technical support.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bsc in Computer Science or in a related field
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform accurately, effectively and methodically
• Flexible and open to working in shifts other than standard office hours.
• Competent technical / programming skills
• Proficiency in a standard web application programming language, such as PHP, with knowledge in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap will be considered an advantage
• A passion for working with technology
