On behalf of our client, an autonomous public institution established as the single regulator for financial services, we are currently looking for a Software Developer to join its software development team in Malta.

The ideal candidate will undertake duties in relation to systems analysis and software development using workflow management tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and/or C#.NET MVC 6. The job involves direct interaction with the technical team and designated business users.

Key Accountabilities

• Involvement in the entire SDLC
• Creation and maintenance of web applications and other information systems 
• Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows
• Systems Analysis and System Design
• Writing and maintaining functional specifications and system documentation
• Providing technical support/training to internal and external users in the use of websites
• Assist in other tasks as directed by the Team Leader

• 2+ years’ experience in .NET software development
• Knowledge of C# MVC.NET, Web Services (SOAP/Rest), Git Source Control, Microsoft SharePoint 2016+, and Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
• Knowledge in software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum for software delivery, bug tracking systems, and team collaboration software such as JIRA and Confluence and their use would be considered an asset.
