On behalf of our client, an IT services for European institutions and international organisations, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join its software development team in Luxembourg.

Key Accountabilities

• Providing consulting in business analysis on different processes
• Review of internal processes
• Business process modelling
• Writing technical specifications
• Participation in client meetings

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Knowledge in UML and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting and implementing out-of-the-box applications
• Project Management skills
• Organised, methodical and task-based
• Able to develop task list and work independently
• Customer-oriented change management and communication skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and/or French
