On behalf of our client, a leading company in the computer & internet security sector and strong presence in Europe, we are looking for a Security Team Leader to join their top-notch ethical hacking team in Athens.

• Leads, mentors and motivates 10 Security engineers
• Oversees projects and supervises the day-to-day operations of the team
• Assists management with hiring process and new team member training
• Monitors team performance and provide feedback to upper management
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
• Perform ethical hacking exercises, cyber-threat assessments and ad-hoc security reviews
• Conduct security architecture assessments and security code scans
• Conduct internal and external security audits
• Contribute to the design, development and implementation of new analytic methods for detecting threats
• Investigate, escalate and coordinate information security incidents
• Analyze security breaches to determine their root cause
• Recommend and develop appropriate tools and countermeasures

• 3++ years professional experience in a Team Leading role
• Expertise in Penetration Testing and Cyber Security processes
• Experience in the following:  

• CEH, OSCP and/or OSCE certification
• CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional

• Decision making and strong team leading skills
• Writing, teaching and public speaking skills
• Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities
• Ability to work with deadlines and cope with the consequent pressure
• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities
