Role Summary

You will be responsible for guiding the development team on the Agile/Scrum practices in developing, operating, maintaining & updating the internal tools used inside Security Compliance areas. The applications are critical / Business Premium services used inside Vodafone, with the most recent and innovative technologies and techniques.

Key Accountabilities

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the internal Security Tool implementation
• Create/document User Stories in Jira
• Facilitate the Scrum/Kanban events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value
• Define, shape and embed the agile processes across Security Compliance areas, including accurate and concise reporting to senior leadership on delivery progress
• Coach the Scrum Team to understand the need for clear and concise Backlog items
• Encourage Agile behaviors, be more agile in approach, rather than 'sticking' to the plan
• Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban
• Knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, user stories etc
• Proven to work well with remote delivery teams and the ability to manage blockers with distributed stakeholders
• Good knowledge of software development process, including requirements management and
• Capability to design and create statistical reports
• Well-developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics
• Fluent in English
