On behalf of our client, a global IT services provider of innovative technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes to multinational companies, we are currently looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join its software development team in Bulgaria, Sofia.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate needs to be self motivated, a good team player, willing and able to turn their hand to almost any task performed by the team.

Key Accountabilities

• Shall assure correct Application/Middleware/BSP software behavior to meet customer specification/requirements of laser scanner device
• Design test scenarios and maintain white box module tests
• Design test various scenarios and maintain white box/black box embedded integration tests
• Execution of module tests and reporting
• Execution of integration tests and reporting. Tests are executed on both simulated and real hardware
• Working closely with both architecture and development teams
• Create and maintain automation test framework and tools with Python

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience of embedded systems testing Εxperience of working with embedded systems (RTOS or Linux based)
• Knowledge in programming (C/C++)
