On behalf of our client, a Cloud services provider over the globe, we are currently looking for a Junior Product Manager to join its software development team in Gdańsk, Poland.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Senior Product Managers on designing features that balance the MVP definition, work closely with engineers, designers, and support specialists to discuss and define solutions considered complete, achievable, and maintainable. You must be open-minded and highly motivated.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as a Scrum Product Owner in a highly agile environment
• Manage the backlog and incoming feature requests
• Collaborate with Senior Product Managers on designing features that balance the MVP definition, requirements gathered from customers' and market analysis as well as passion in creation of awesome solutions
• Help define key metrics for measuring product success
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and support specialists to discuss and define solutions considered complete, achievable, and maintainable

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

• 3 + years as Product owner or Scrum Master
• 2+ years’ experience in software development
• Experience in working with Agile tools
• Proven success in helping define and launch successful, customer-valued
