On behalf of our client, an IT services for European institutions and international organizations, we are currently looking for a Junior Java Developer to join its software development team in Luxembourg.

Key Accountabilities

• Development of challenging clients
• Identify code defects and maintain high quality code  
• Debugging to investigate and identify bugs and test fixes  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of professional experience in a similar field
• Experience with automatic testing
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate
• Experience with the use of version control systems, e.g., Subversion, BitBucket, Git, Mercurial
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience of working in software development, both in a team and on own initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written; plus German and/or French
• Structured & Systematic approach to addressing challenges
