On behalf of our client, one of the most well-known Insurance Multinational Groups specializing in insurance, banking and financial services, we are currently looking for a passionate Technical Analyst to join their experienced IT team.

Role Summary

You will report to the Software Development Manager and you will contribute, as a member of a talented team by evaluating business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Key accountabilities

• Preparation of functional and non-functional specifications
• Work with business and technical resources to gather and document both technical and non-technical requirements
• Analyze the design of technical systems and business models
• Manage projects and developing  project plans
• Adhere to best practices and standards
• Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Liaise between the IT department and the business
• Update implement and maintain internal procedures 

• BSc in Computer Science or Engineering. MSc degree will be considered as a plus
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a relevant position
• Experience with technical documentation
• Experience in interacting with diverse teams (technical and non-technical)
• Ability to establish priorities, organize, and plan work to satisfy established time-frames
• Experience in project management will be considered as a plus
• Fluent in English
