On behalf of our client, a multinational group of companies providing innovative services across the globe, we are currently looking for a dynamic Infrastructure Manager to be part and lead the company’s IT team.

Role Summary

You will be in charge of company’s infrastructure in the areas of Systems, Networking and Support. You will ensure the functionality of IS and Infrastructure. Additionally you will undertake the project management and implementation of new technology in regards to company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities

• Design, monitor and improve all operational activities of all IT Services providing structure, predictability and stability
• Ensure IT infrastructure and Information Systems availability according to the defined SLAs
• Manage projects and implement new technology/infrastructure to deliver services based on Group's technical standards,
• Make sure the implementation of agreed plan  in accordance to the Information Security Program based on Group's Standards and Methodologies
• Participate in the IT Cost Efficiency plan
• Manage relationship with IT Supply providers
• Monitor and ensure sufficient licensing for all IT Services and Applications
• Responsible for the preparation of the IT Service Strategy and its yearly planning and budgeting
• Empowers, manages and develops a team of both internal & external partners

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology related field area
• Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience out of which two (2) years’ experience in managing IT infrastructures and services
• Skilled in Microsoft technologies ( Windows Servers & Active Directory)
• Strong knowledge in networking
• Knowledge of IBM related tools and Server would be considered as a plus
• Multinational exposure would be welcomed
• Ability to lead and manage a technical team
• Ability to forecast relevant budgeting and follow company’s strategy
