Role Summary

You will create web applications based around the Django web framework.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide leadership, mentoring and training to a small team of developers including recruitment
• Shape the architecture of the platform.
• Ensure that the platform is well-docuamented, and changes are communicated to other team members
• Demonstrate best practices for testing, code reviews and continuous integration

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 4+ years' experience with Django/Python in a commercial environment
• Experience with Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Proven experience of being a successful Team Lead
• Educated to degree level
• An innovative and creative approach to software development
