About the role

On behalf of our client, a Leading Betting and Gaming Company operator in Greece, developing cutting edge technology and offering 24/7 entertainment to his members, we are currently looking for a self- driven Customer Sevice Agent (Romanian Speaker) to join their team in Athens and Thessaloniki.
 

 

Role Summary

 

As a CS agent, you will be responsible to handle all communications and assist our members with all their queries and issues that may face. It is the front line of our services and one of our great strengths.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Take customer questions, complaints, and comments (email, phone, live chat)
  • Treat customers with respect and do whatever you can, within company policies, to make sure customers are satisfied with their purchases
  • Quick and efficient response to the customer via email or phone
  • Internal communication with other departments, following pending issues related to customer's requests
  • Provide outbound services via email and phone
  • Always be updated with the company's product, promos, policy and changes as required
  • Update customers database
  • Collaborating with team/shift leader & colleagues

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Advanced communication skills
  • Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions and respond as appropriate
  • Reading Comprehension: Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related matters.
  • Written Expression: The ability to communicate information and data in writing, so others will understand.
  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian, English &  desirable Greek language
