On behalf of our client, a Cloud services provider over the globe, we are currently looking for a C++/Java Engineer for willing to change the technology stack and start working with Java.  to join its software development team in Gdańsk, Poland.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate is willing to change the technology stack and start working with Java. You must be passionate about writing great software, solving difficult problems and enjoy learning about new technologies.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with your peers in order to intensively develop your Java skills 
• Engage with other developers, front-end designers, product managers, and performance engineers
• Drive innovation by coming up with new and surprising ideas for our products and processes
• Develop new features front-end to back-end as part of a team
• Point out issues with the existing architecture and code, and clean it up. 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of C++
• Understanding of application architecture
• Good knowledge of back-end technologies such as databases, SQL, networking
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English (both spoken and written)
