Role Summary

The ideal candidate will perform business analysis across Technology Shared Service Centres, collating relevant information around Finance and HC data, working closely with the data analysts in same team for operational metrics.

Key Accountabilities

• Consolidate business reporting and dashboards, validate consistency of financial and HC data. Critically validate data received for accuracy and consistency
• Run simulations under different scenarios and produce inputs to Manager of TSS OPC Business Management to provide recommendations on TSS course of actions
• Business Reports: Monthly Cost Analysis, produce business input to feed Finance commentary for month-end close report
• Growth & Efficiency SteerCo preparation: efficiency reporting for Accelerate programme, arbitrage savings reporting from Fit 4 Growth Programme. Partner benefits reporting
• Consolidate Business KPI view including external benchmarking, including, but not limited to: QoS KPIs, Productivity KPI, Resource Management KPIs

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Expertise in Finance roles in ICT industry
• Financial acumen. Structured data-driven mindset
• Curious and open to different modelling
• Understand of IT environment constitutes a plus
• Expertise in budget forecast and cost & financial analysis
• Proficiency in office automation (Excel and PowerPoint) is a must
