About the role
On behalf of our client, one of the world’s top leaders in insurance and financial services, we are currently looking for a Bancassurance Business and Process Officer to join its dynamic, top-rated team of professionals.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic planning and suggest new initiatives for company’s existing or new products. You will have the chance to cooperate with various stakeholders and partners and set new goals to improve and develop company’s insurance products.
- Participate in the strategic planning of the Bancassurance Plan
- Participate in the design of new products and the improvement of existing ones, in collaboration with relevant Departments and promote them accordingly
- Participate in the development of new operations
- Participate in the design and improvement of sales and promotion processes of products
- Participate and support Bancassurance Strategic Projects
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Team
- Monitor sales results and planning improvement actions
- Plan and monitor portfolio holding operations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum 3+ years relevant business experience
- Experience with analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with presentations and relevant tools
- Tracking record of portfolio monitoring and coordination
- Teamwork spirit
- High sense of Agility / Adaptability
- Leadership skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Self driven
- Ownership
