On behalf of our client, the leading IT solution and service provider for the hospitality and entertainment sector, we are currently looking for a self-driven and aspirational, Technical Support Specialist to join their technical support department.

 

Role Summary

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, training and support of the company’s software management system provided to their clients.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of computer operations
  • Previous experience in a hotel will be considered a plus (Front-desk, back office, payments, reservations)
  • Knowledge of SQL language will be considered a plus
  • Ability to travel
