On behalf of our client, a strategic partner of the biggest international telecommunication services company, we are looking for an aspirated Telecommunications Engineer to provide technical and consulting support to major Omni-Channel Contact Center platform.
Role Summary
You will support major Contact Center Platform, handle business critical systems and you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Contact Center infrastructure.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and consulting to customers
- Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve platform technical issues
- Manage all CC Platform incidents and requests
- Handle day-to-day delivery of services to ensure adherence to defined service levels.
- Plan, design, install and maintain CC Platform infrastructure including hardware and software recommendations (software patching)
- Working with Training and contact center management to train new technologies and maximize the benefits of the contact center technology
- Carryout UAT & Small POC systems for Business evaluation
- BCs in Computer Science or related fields
- 3+ years of experience
- Familiarity with Avaya / Genesys or Aspect, and/or Interactive Intelligence Platforms
- CC platform deployment and troubleshooting experience
- Team player
- Interface with all levels of management and clients
- Mentoring and communication skills
