Περιγραφή Θέσης

On behalf of our client, an ex-local and currently multinational fast-growing company within the Energy & Gas Sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist, to join its innovative IT department.

Key Accountabilities
 
  • Logs all incoming requests in the ticketing system and attempts an initial troubleshooting/issue resolution.
  • Provides 1st level support to key users
  • Receives problem reports from users, work with the users to understand, resolve the problems and follow up each case (Help Desk), keeps good documentation of all issues, pending and resolved and trains all users and assists in the writing of user manual
  • Executes all configuration changes and proactively monitors the tool for usefulness and data integrity.
  • Plays a hands-on role customizing and enhancing applications, leveraging experience with built-in admin, reporting, and development tools.
  • Participates in application-related projects and assists in the definition, execution, and monitoring of milestones
  • Develops and enhances application reports using tools inside & outside application.
  • Plays a lead role in evaluating new application technologies in order to make proposals for improving the current application and developing plans for their implementation in collaboration with the Business Analyst.
  • Develops and maintains documentation regarding application systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules. Assists in any other IT sector projects/ activities as per operational needs  
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
 
  • 4+ years’ experience as a software application expert
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft CRM/ERP SYSTEMS AND Microsoft oriented technologies (SQL, .NET)
  • Excellent user of MS Office and Office 365
  • Excellent use of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of business processes and metrics

 

Strong Pluses
  • Experience with Microsoft, MS SQL would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics Navision & MS CRM will be considered an asset
  • Certified to Microsoft application & databases will be considered an asset
