On behalf of our client, the leading Online Betting and Gaming Company in Greece, we are looking for a passionate, multi-talented and self-motivated SQL Database Developer, to join their high-skilled technology team and assist them to advance their successful and innovative betting platform.

• Write complex T-SQL code for heavy transactional databases
• Investigate, troubleshoot and maintain existing databases
• Conduct various T-SQL code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Translate business requirements into a performance optimized database design and implementation
• Deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

• 2+ years’ professional experience with database development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent subject
• Excellent of SQL Server Development and T-SQL programming
• Experience in SQL Server Database Tuning and Query Optimization techniques
• Basic skills in Requirements Analysis, Data Modelling and Database Development

• Understanding of NoSQL Development
• Experience with Source Control Tools, Code Repositories, Code Versioning, and Branch Development (preferably GIT)

• You’re used to working collaboratively, participating in code reviews, and being a team player
• You are a self-starter and a problem solver who is dependable on tackling issues timely with robust solutions
• You are comfortable taking an imperfect feature specification and driving it all the way to completion
