On behalf of our client, a niche leader in innovative IT and mobile solutions with international presence, we are currently looking for a talented and agile Sales Manager to join their commercial team working in their Athens office and to assist the organization to boost further its emerging growth.

Role Summary

Your primary focus will be the management of all phases of the sales pipeline. Emphasis is given on identifying prospecting customers and recognizing opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted vertical markets. You will be responsible to attain sales goals and communicating progress to goals and strategies/tactics to reach revenue targets with the management team. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and direct the sales efforts of the company to achieve and surpass sales and profit goals
  • Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling, e-mailing or direct meeting
  • Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business
  • Design, recommend and execute sales programs for short and long-term online sales strategies
  • Understand client’s needs and tailor solutions to meet client requirements
  • Work with the management team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth
  • Perform up-selling and cross-selling of services to clients
  • Conduct effective sales presentations to potential customers
  • Maintain accurate sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 4 years’ experience in a Technical Sales role
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree preferably in Business Administration
  • Excellent use of the English and Greek language both verbal and written
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry
  • Understanding of key industry terminology and willing to embrace new technology
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with professional presentation ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
