• RF optimization of LTE network including tilt analysis
• Coverage containment
• Interference mitigation
• Throughput improvement
• Load balancing
• Managing LTE key performance indicators such as RSRQ, RSRP, SINR
• Link budget Analysis, RF propagation

• Min 2+ years of experience
• Experience in RF optimization of LTE network
• Excellent understanding of LTE key performance indicators (such as RSRQ, RSRP, SINR)
• Excellent understanding of LTE air interface (MIMO, LTE link budget)
• Solid understanding of RF propagation characteristics

• Excellent communication and team working skills
