Role Summary

You will work closely with the Software Development Manager and the analysis team, as a PL/SQL Team Leader of a talented team, to develop and ensure software delivery. You must be a team-player with passion, team spirit and ready to lead a team and share your knowledge!

• Take an active role, developing new functionality, designing and implementing Oracle PL/SQL solutions
• Assign resources and monitor the progress of assignments
• Focus on system design that provides stability and performance
• Supervise work improvement processes according to SDLC
• Responsible for design and implementation of software solutions and ensure that meets the requirements
• Conduct various PL/SQL code reviews
• Transform and optimize existing code
• Integrate of application components

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in PL/SQL Development role
• Minimum 2+ years’ as a Team Leader
• Excellent understanding of the system development life cycle
• Solid experience with the functions for Oracle-PL/SQL
• Ability to lead a team and take initiatives
• Ability to give solution and impact on a project problem according to technical and business issues
