On behalf of our client, the leading IT solution and service providers for hospitality and entertainment sector, we are currently looking for a self-driven and aspirational, Oracle Database Administrator to join their Enterprise Solutions department.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining and supporting Oracle databases regarding company’s Software Management System provided to their clients.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle capacity planning, evaluate database server specifications and manage all aspects of Oracle databases
• Monitor and manage installation, configuration, design, maintenance and data migration
• Provide technical support to company clients
• Install and Upgrade Oracle and Corresponding Application Tools
• Install new versions of DBMS software, application software, and other software related to DBMS administration
• Monitor performance and conduct security, backups, troubleshooting, and data recovery

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a relevant position
• Proven experience with ORACLE databases / Application Server (installation and upgrades, database schema management, performance tuning and monitoring, backup and recovery planning, security)
• Experience with SQL & Microsoft technologies
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Travel Availability

Strong Pluses

• Experience in Oracle Report Builder
