 Role Summary

Creating new customer experiences by delivering products of unique design and reliability!

Key Accountabilities

• Define and analyze software requirements
• Be the Expert for all Embedded Linux matters
• Customize Linux Kernel
• Troubleshoot and fix performance problems in Embedded Linux
• Perform development and maintenance of device drivers
• Board bring-up and hardware design validation
• Accountable for the highest quality delivery of products

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• BSc/MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or any other relevant degree
• Minimum of 1 year working or academic experience with Linux driver and Kernel architecture
• Experience in C and shell programming
• Experience with git
• Rich knowledge of common peripherals and interface drivers (e.g. SPI, I2C, UART, USB)
• Familiar with the use of HW/SW lab debugging tools (Oscilloscope, Generators, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong Pluses

• Experience with Arm architecture
• Experience with Android OS
• Written and oral communication skills in German language will be an asset
