Role Summary

You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of infrastructure applications, software and hardware.

Key Accountabilities

• Operational, support, maintenance & development of Active Directory Services
• Administration of the AD services
• Operational, support, maintenance & development of proof of concepts e.g Hardware technologies
• Operational, support, maintenance & development of Netcool, of BMC Patrol, of ADDM, Cyberark
• Operational, support, maintenance & development of proof of concepts e.g Open Stack technologies

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience with systems and applications support
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, VMware VCP
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft, UNIX environments
• CCNP equivalent knowledge 
• Robust theoretical and practical experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and VPN Technologies utilizing Cisco completed product suite (Catalyst 3800 – 9300, Nexus 5k, 7k and 9k in ACI mode)
• Detailed knowledge of transport (TCP/UDP) and application layer protocols (HTTP/S, FTP, DNS.)
• Process appreciation of automation development in order to add value to other areas of Product Design, Product Development & In-life maintenance
